As a front for Manhattan Life, Jeff Rosner is happy to send out unsolicited commercial e-mail using either jrosner@flhealthplan.org or jrosner@advantagehealthplan.org as his address. The problem is that most people do not like unsolicited commercial e-mail. Still, this is better than being in some dank Russian dungeon.
